Twenty eight staff from 18 enterprises were trained during 2 days so as to be updated on the options for making their enterprises greener i.e. reducing environmental impacts, enhancing sustainability. Updating referred to learning about options such as reducing water, electricity and paper consumption, reducing the use of (toxic) chemicals and private transport, maximizing recycling of recyclable products and fading out the use of fossil fuels.
Approx. 1 months after the two days ‘primer’, all enterprises, represented by staff in the two days training, were visited for a half day to discuss greening options and the implementation thereof.
The 2-days training course as well as the impressions and experiences of and the recommendations from the enterprise visits were presented to the Client in an over hundred pages report.
